The one listed on ebay is 281179427556. There was one at Columbus a couple years ago that I believe is the same one that Tom posted. These signs are not porcelain and rusted easily when left out in the weather. Contrary to the seller, they are rare, but his is not the only one known to exist. Here is a pic of one I purchased many years ago in better condition.

There was one at Columbus a couple years ago that I believe is the same one that Tom posted. Not the same sign. Tom's link to auction were sign sold on Sept. 21, 2013 I thought Amistadi ended up with the one from Columbus and thought it was later on ebay. Maybe all wrong or half the story...who knows. Awesome sign Dennis!

They still are pretty uncommon, and yes the first one I saw was in Your collection Dennis. Any thoughts on Value with rusting so bad. Matt took a lot of rust of a pump he had on here a month or so ago, wonder if the same could be done with that without ruining it?

Craig, value really all depends on how bad someone likes or wants it. I have been very surprised by some of the prices things have brought lately, so who knows? It might possibly clean if the rust hasn't gotten under the paint and lifted it.

Craig, from my experience of cleaning tin signs the heavy/dark rust stains on this sign is where the paint is likely gone. Once they get like this imo it's best to just leave it as is.

Dennis is right, the sign that sold at Burley Auctions for 8k in September is the same sign that was at CTO show in 2012. Not sure of the exact chain of events or who the consignor was, but it was the same sign. I think Ron is right about Amistadi buying it after the show and then putting it on ebay.....so who knows how it got to that auction house!
Dennis your is the only nice example of that sign I've ever seen.
As for value of the one on ebay now, everybody has their own opinion, but I don't see anywhere near the asking price. But it has 10 offers, I just don't understand why people would want something in that bad of shape regardless of rarity.
