When standing in front of the base and frame with the words "Made in the United States of America" on the base and at your feet, I wish to put the side with the crank handle on the right side of the pump frame.

That being known then, when looking at the bare frame in that position, going about a foot or so upward, would the "C" type bracket be on the left side or the right side of the frame work?

Thanks.

Where would one find the two cork gaskets need to attach the glass bulbs to the manifold on a 96C2 Gilbarco Gas Pump?

Thanks.

Does anyone have any original or restored original Gilbarco 96C's or 96C2's that can tell me the proper attachment (or assembly) of the manifold (just above the calculater) with the two glass bulbs to the mainframe bracket?

I know there are bolts involved and also two (or four)rubber insulators, two (or four)metal caps, and two steel bushings.

This is what I can not remember...2 or 4 rubber bushings and 2 or 4 metal caps...I know for sure that there are 2 of each...but 4?

This is what happens when one thinks he or she can remember the correct assembly of something...Now a Model A Ford I could put that together in my sleep.

Please email me at pif@bmi.net with photos if you have them.

Thank you.

Thank you David!

I see that I am using the wrong bracket(s) also.

Looks like Bolt, Metal cap, rubber bushing, bracket, another rubber bushing (both rubber bushing encasing a steel bushing, then bolted into the manifold?

Sent you a PM.
