Can anyone help me get a value for this peice?
Has Capcolite body, wheel inside rotates...then stops...etc. Has electric motor on the back. This is missing original lens and base. Found only one similar to it online and I think it may have been a counter display and not a gas pump topper?
1st two pictures show ours, and also included two pictures from the one we found online.
Is this rare?
Thanks for any input!

Moderator note:

Obviously, this item is not petroliana, but since it is so unusual we will allow it in this forum to hopefully learn more about this gas globe related item.
