Has Capcolite body, wheel inside rotates...then stops...etc. Has electric motor on the back. This is missing original lens and base. Found only one similar to it online and I think it may have been a counter display and not a gas pump topper? 1st two pictures show ours, and also included two pictures from the one we found online. Is this rare? Thanks for any input! Todd & Jessica
