I think it's Great. Really wondering if it's rare, I can't find another one. Would something like this have much value ? Thinking about Framing it..Good or bad idea?

I would think that it is not too common. As to being rare? One has to think that hundreds perhaps thousands were given away, throughout BC.

Now as to how many of them survived, is another matter.

I for one think that is a great idea to frame it and keep in a more pristine setting.

As to value, I have seen similar items from other Companies sell for a few dollars to upwards of $50.

I agree with Bob. I think ORIGINALS of most of these cardboard/paper giveaway items are scarcer than people think, but don't bring much money really. I have originals of the Mobil Pegasus giveaways from the 30's and they were difficult to find. You can find tons of reprints, but it takes time to find the original uncut sheets.
Just make sure if you frame it that you keep it out of direct sunlight, common knowledge to anyone that seriously collects paper goods, but I'm amazed at how many people frame things and think the glass is going to somehow protect the item from light damage. It doesn't. The do make UV filtered glass which helps, but again, if you want to protect the item and its current condition just keep it in a room that doesn't receive direct sunlight.

If you are going to have it framed you may want to ensure that you use acid free matting and foam board.
