For Sale, Early Fairbanks Morse Z, 6 hp, throttle govern engine. I haven't run the numbers to see how old, I think it's from the teens. I've had the engine running by filling up the mixer(carb) I haven't gone any farther than that. It comes with a drip oiler and a flat belt pulley.
The reason I'm selling is that I found exactly what I was looking for, an all original 5hp, Economy hit-miss engine!
I can deliver this engine to the Dry Creek show in Susan Moore Alabama, (Saturday only)

i love that engine..well worth your asking price,,too bad i don`t live closer,,i didn`t know your were into hit-n-miss engines,,i collect OTTAWA`S and maytags..we just went to a show in kansas first part of sept.. alan

Yeah Al, That's a great price on the engine, I kind of thought it would be sold by now. I think I might put it on display at our state fair along with my 5 hp Economy, then after that, put it up for sale locally.

you have to have the right audience to sell engines,,its a tough market because a lot of people aren`t into them or don`t even know what they are,,good luck.. do you go on harry`s site??? al
