Does anyone know the difference between a Butler 61 without lights and a Butler 71 without lights?

I’m trying to determine what model I have. The first pic is mine the other pics are from the Gas Pump Bible.

Thank you for any help,
Steve

Steve, Your pump looks identical to my 81. I sold my entire collection this year. I will try and find a picture and send it to you. Lee

Thanks Lee. I’m just not sure what the minor differences might be. Maybe wet hose vs dry hose?? I’m not sure.

Steve here are a few of the Butler 81. Mine was a dry hose. The original valve came with the pump. Jack wanted these pics incase he did another book. Said he never saw an 81. Hope this helps.

Model 61 has lights, model 71 does not have lights. Model 61 has etched cylinder, Model 71 does not. I own a Model 61.

Joe, In Jack’s book it says that a 71 comes with or without lights. Possibly a mistake??

By the way…. Thank you all who have helped and contributed to my puzzle. I really appreciate all of your input.

Thanks again,
Steve

Possibly a mistake, but I suppose it could have been an option.

Regardless, Lee, Peter, Joe and myself have some good looking gas pumps. 👍

I’ll have to see of we ever did a Butler for pump of the month.
