ALSS72, looks like you were at Gloversville for the Jim Taylor auction! Really sorry now I didn’t go, given there were relatively reasonable prices paid at no reserve auction for at least some of the of the petroliana and cars. Visited there once with an upstate British car club, and also met the man when he drove his alloy Jaguar race car from Gloversville NY to Woodstock NY for our first annual British car show, and, of course, took best of show.
