My name is Brian. I have been in and/around the gas station business since born. Family owned Texaco service station and later turned into a Shell station since 1941. Worked there for many years. The owner has since retired and sold the station. I have been going through a bunch of items dating back to the late 40's that have opened my eyes to collecting Texaco and Shell items. Thanks for having me, I will be searching and hopefully be able to share information too.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I put the photo of the old station on "these old pics'. The second photo is of grandfather and great uncle at the original station in the same time frame. The 3rd photo is the station in 1972.
