Has anyone ever seen one of these Ladies bath signs? Anyone have one?

Look at the signs, two different signs on the same building. Same women in the same dresses, different hangers. Has to be a photo shopped picure for what ever reason.

Well they are not photo shopped. I scanned out of magazines. One from 1937, the other from 1938.

Steve, It is possible that the Ladies Signs were painted on the photo negatives and never actually existed.

Regards, Jim

I collect gas pump salt and pepper shakers
and the plastic coin banks made by AVSCO.

What was the article/ad in the magazine about?

Also, not asking you, but what happened to the trees in the one picture?

I didn't want to yet clue anyone into the fact that these were 1930's Sunoco signs. Or at least they seem to be. Unless they are just some artist's renditions. The images both came out of these Sunoco Corporation magazines. 1937 & 1938
