Wanted to get a few opinions out there, came across these 2 cans on e-bay #292413163084 & #292413153943 the oilcan white border on top and bottom is off and the grease can lid border is way off. Im no expert but they both sure look like wraps to me

I am trying to understand the term wrap. Is that where a vinyl decal is made and it is shink wrapped on a can. Is that what you mean?

Yes, a wrap is a decal wrapped on the can. Chris

For reference, here is a popularly faked French Indian can. Notice the peeling edges. Not always this easy to spot as some are done incredibly well like the Skunk oiler that was in a recent post.
Looking for Michelin items + NJ oil company related items (Mohawk, Guardian, Whiz, etc) + animal-related petroliana + Gargoyle/Shell/Sinclair items
