Just curious what you all think the value on this would be? It's double sided. both sides almost same but very rough.

Is that auto body filler in the chipped spots? Are there sanding scratches adjacent to those spots?

thx for your responses and yes Jim it seems it is filler and there was some sanding scratches as well.
