Sent this guy a very polite email informing him Texaco never used a 24" sign, among the other obvious issues with it. Email was ignored, someone is going to get taken for a lot of money on this one I think. He was sneaky in that he doesn't actually say "original"...but he knows what he's doing is deceitful. I don't know if this is a reportable offence to eBay ? if not let's send him lot's of email letting him know what a POS he is.

Your Texaco sign (24 inch) is not an "OLD" sign. This is a modern decorator, fantasy sign that is based off a larger 42 inch version. Your sign was never used by or produced for Texaco Oil Compsny. Your ad is misleading and fraudulent in its description and needs to be modified or removed.

Me either...he won't respond, just sitting back watching the bid's go up. I at least feel better we let him know how big a POS scam artist he is as if he didn't already know. Thanks guys !!!!
