Hi never used to see many of these now they are everywhere .....
Just curious the Injector spray pattern seems a little out?
Did they make them this way as well as the other with very fine spray?
Cheers bigears

The top sign is fake. Most (not all) have a pattern like the bottom sign. I have seen from year to year and makers, differences in spray patterns.

Thanks smile

So what else should one be aware of in these Texaco pump plates
or should I say what other obvious or not so obvious faults should one be looking for ........ ?

Cheers bigears

I heard the early Diesel chief signs had a coarser spray pattern, changed due to its resemblance to the "rising sun flag of Japan
