Hey Guys,
It has been a few years since Ive been here.
I have still been collecting and restoring.
I pulled the trigger on a Indian Motorcycle Sign on the bay, i have not seen this sign before and could not find a picture of 1.
Did I get burnt? The deep colors made me think orginal???
Slap myself? Or wink
I was shocked to see the amount of different repo's on the bay, one seller needs to be held accountable. Think you may know who im referring too, over 25,000 feedback and must be God, becsuse I never have seen someone with so many different fakes.
I know contacting ebay is useless, anybody ever think about consumer fraud division, state or federal?

Or file a complaint with eBay, for your money back. I looked at his ad and he describes them as vintage and old. Although this is a very gray area (a sign that's one week old can be called old and used) your complaint alone will prompt eBay to advise the seller to make it right (even if returns aren't accepted). I have done this before. Just mention to eBay that the sign is actually modern and the ad is deceiving. Even if they don't offer returns, eBay will ask the seller to make it right. Worth a shot. The only thing I got screwed out of was the return shipping.

However, deal with the seller first, he may make it right.

The seller knows what he has. He was careful to never use the word "original".

And if you paid by paypal, they always side with the buyer.
