This is an issue of the "Amoco Trademaker" from March/April 1959.
The cover story was the 1958 rebranding of Pan-Am stations in the south to Amoco, with August 1, 1958 being ""A" day"
With it came a copy of a letter written by American Oil President L. W. Moore to the President of the United States (at the time, Dwight Eisenhower) urging the government to consider the use of asphalt as a highway-building material.
