I have had this for years and was wondering what they were really used for.
It say's DeLaval #200 Oil Purifier on the name plate, the patent dates are from 1907 to 1919
It still has the DeLaval electric motor on it and when you plug it in it runs the centrifuge at a pretty high RPM
It has three different spouts for something to come out, just not sure what.
It is heavy cast iron and pretty ornate.
Any idea's as to how it worked?

Thanks, Jerry

The company was known for cream separators. Maybe this was related?

Just guessing based on condition and ornate construction...appears to be for domestic or farm use. For cooking or vegetable oils????

Used for removing contaminants from oil so the oil could be re-used.
