I just bought this curb sign. It came without a sign. Knowing that BA sold Fisk tires, I'm going to guess that it held a Fisk Tires sign originally.

Does anyone know this for sure? Anyone have a picture of this style of curb sign with the correct sign?

The measurements are 31" wide by 26 inches tall for the sign opening. Anyone have Fisk Tires signs with these measurements or close to these measurements.

Share any suggestions as to what sign may have been used in this curb sign. Fisk is only a guess on my part. I could be wrong.

Thanks in advance for any information.

Ah, yes, Fisk, that could be Dave. Fred sent me a pic of it the other day and I couldn't tell from his picture, but your picture is a bit better. I don't know any dimentions, but the shape is right. I have seen these bases with Pennzoil signs on them. Hopefully someone can shed some more light on it.
Ken.

Thanks for the info Ken. I have another B/A lettered base and it is similar to a Pennzoil base. That makes sense, especially with B/A being marked on the Pennzoil Imperial quart Canadian cans. Now, I know what to do with that other B/A base.
