PRETTY NEAT CAN HENRY!! DID'T KNOW THE ARCO NAME WENT BACK THAT EARLY.
I do not think this has any ties to the Atlantic Oil of Philadelphia that everyone knows. Another company with the same name. Arco, in this case, is an acronym for Atlantic Refining, vs the 1960s+ Atlantic Richfield Arco.
Atlantic and Richfield did not merge until 1966. Prior to this Atlantic was known as the Atlantic Refining Co.
So, where does this can come in, it says Cleveland, Ohio. Another company or a branch of the Philadelphia based Atlantic Refining Company?

Any dates in the fine print?
Based on the style, Im sure this can is 1920s or earlier.
