Thanks for the compliments about the car. We bought it in 1986 when I was 13 years old. My Dad did the engine work and Crozier Body Shop in Weston, OH did the body and paint work in 1987. We enjoyed car shows and cruises for two summers. Unfortunately, Dad passed away in 1989 and I have been the "caretaker" of the GTO ever since Fun car. Lots of memories.....still creating more as I recently taught my son and daughter, ages 18 and 20, how to drive a 4 speed manual transmission - in the GTO! They both did great!
Some of my fondest memories of my Dad are from searching junk yards for that one special part needed at a particular point in the restoration process......back when junk yards were junk yards! Wish I was more into photography back then.
