a guy has this for sale, trying to figure out what brand it is. by the 6 sided panels and how the bottom of the tank look, it looks like an American 2347. attached are some pictures.. if it is an american , do they make a 6 sided base for one? the owner says he doesnt have one.

Looks like an American to me. There are repro bases for sale.

It is a Milwaukee 10-10 ....castings are different than an American. I'd still pay $250....even though a base will be tough to find.

In the one photo what is the car in the backround with the wood spoke wheels? Buick? We have been looking for a 1920s Buick.
