Plastic Standard sign in front of a bulk plant  Old Marathon station. I like that sign pole!  This little station really caught my eye. It's a really cool building, and still in decent shape. This would be a neat one to replicate in a back yard.  Great old station/country store

Here's a nicely preserved Phillips 66 in their trademark "cosmic" style  Does anyone know if this place belongs to an Oldgas.com member?

A. J. Braswell's Grocery & Market on Stateline Avenue in Texarkana, TX. The 12 year old on the bicycle is my 74 year old dad. He says they would soap Mr. Braswell's windows at night and then he would pay them some change to clean them the next morning. I GUESS that is not so bad compared to what goes on today...LOL. Store is still there, but they do not sell gas anymore.

Total pulled out of Michigan in the 1990's but this country store still has a couple mixed in with some other signs.

I think the Green and White Brick may have been a former Ciries Service station . Ed Shaver

This old station is not far from where I live. I pass it fequently. Many of you have seen the "Infamous" sign in emails that get forwarded. The station has been closed for several years, but the diner still does a very good business. I have eaten here many times but only got gas once...... LOL. I noticed yesterday when I went by, it is For Sale.

This was a Texaco Station that was also a store,restaurant and the owners lived in the back of the building back in the 1950's and 1960's. I'm trying to get some pictures from back in the day.
