im about to purchase this sign but need to know some things about it its not dated or doesnt have any makers mark i have never seen it before please help

It's tin and dented up. But fairly early. I wouldn't give 1000 for it. More like 600. But there is lots of buyers that don't care about dents or price. Do your usual and see what happens. Fishing in the sea is more fun than fishing in a pond!

I never saw that one before. The dinosaur looks like the one on the one Sinclair porcelain sign from Belgium. A lot of dents and no paint loss or scratches that I can see, plus not many Sinclair signs use yellow. Do you have any pictures of the back? I am not saying it is not original, then again I am not saying it is real either. Possibly foreign?

thats what i was thinking that it is foreign...do i dont have pics of the back unfortunately... all the spelling is in english though.... its really big tho like 6x3... i dont think its fake.

Neet sign if it is original. A lot of the big tin signs like that will have a bent over edge and a wood frame on the back. If it is original it is probably from the 1930s time frame. Post more pictures if you get it. Also, some tin signs have an ink stamp or paint stencil on the back as to who made it or where it is being shipped to.

I saw a very rusty faded one on a restaurant wall in Silsbee Texas. Looks genuine to me.
