Rush Manufactured, Pat date 1924.
I have found these mounted in base of Mae West 17's & 117's. All I have seen mounted on outside had mounting lugs on back casting, unlike what you just got w/ lugs on front casting.
Even through my 17 has a different outside bracket, you can see in refection that lugs are on back.

You might get lucky by wobbling out the holes for mounting.

Congratulations on finding any type of pump that close! I would shurely try to adapt it. Machining each of the holes on
the mount and on the pump 1/8 would even out the alignment.
If you decide against that,I could really use the pump on my
FRY 17! Good Luck.

That pump mech. should fit in base of Mae West & Rush "H" Stove Pipe, maybe the "K" also.
