I'm pretty sure its not a pep 88 ethyl, Dick. It's not a Utah Oil globe that I recognize.
Also, about the Pep 88 globe on the right, its my understanding that the 15 inch Pep lenses were originally on gill bodies.

That pump was introduced in 1928, so it had to be the late 20s or possibly in the 1930s.
