According to the 2020 globe CD a red crown (same model) is worth about $1250 - 1750. Prices probably went up slightly. I would guess yours is worth $600 - 900 in that condition. You could repaint it, but it has to be the right paint and sprayed on. Brushed paint shows brush strokes when lit from behind.
