Actually those U shaped tubes aren't all that hard to find. I bought at least 3 of them in the last 5 years and I think I have an extra!
I have sold 2 of those in the same time frame and I received $550 for one and $750 for one. They are actually a very nice display piece, even though they are fairly newer and fairly common. I see several in use yet today!
