OK, so I've dug through the forums and read the horror stories. What I condensed from all of that research is that this one MIGHT be OK since it is marked BENGAL ENAMEL. The White is nice and bright, lettering isn't sloppy, shelving is good, etc. Is it possible that this is a good one?
