i have this clock and not sure if its an oil and gas related item
it says midway motors and uap (uap United Auto Parts which owns NAPA auto parts))
measures 19.5" (includes arrows)
and its 3" thick
it's plastic
have never seen one like it

Can someone help with value and anything else you can add would be greatly appreciated
