Trying to complete my state collection. I do not care what year they are they can be the newer or older type. Looking for the following states AK, Wash DC (not state), LA, MD, MA, MI, NH, NY,ND,OR,PA,RI,VT,WV,WI. If anyone has any of these for sale please let me know. Thanks Ron
