Hello all,I have a question about Standard Crown globes. What is the difference between the screw on bases. I have some that have both aluminum and copper.
What is the differences? What is the date difference between the two?
Is one more desirable than the other? Thanks for the info.

Mike

Bases can be copper, metal or aluminum. Aluminum were the later ones, copper and regular metal ones are older. Obviously copper would be the best but it's not really a big deal at all. Scott B.
