I have an esso sign and am looking for a estimated value before I go hanging it up. Please let me know what you think this type of esso sign would be worth. It may be better for me to sell it or keep it depending on the value. I value your wisdom on such matters as I am kinda new at this. I want to hang everything i have but might sell some things to help me with a visible gas pump project. Thank you

Please measure the sign and let us know if the logo is on both sides.

Just my 2 cents. I paid $700 for a fairly nice one in the frame.

Wholesale the single-side can be picked for around $350-500 and the double for 500-700 average.

If single-sided - non-dealer - it will avg 600-800
double-sided - non-dealer - it will avg 900-1200.

These are not dealer-dealer or collector-collector numbers, but general in-person sales I've seen or done this year to non-collectors at non-sign shows. The sign is a common Esso seen at every sign show. A premium is added to the value if it has "dealer" on the sign.

These larger Esso signs are common and tough signs to sell. In my opinion, they are worth less then the above quoted prices.

$750-$1000 if double sided and in decent shape. A bit more if in the original frame and/or "dealer" as stated above.
