I like the Sunbeam signs that are on ebay, but noticed that Lacie51 has many of these signs that seem perfect. I noticed that he has other signs that seem to be reproduction and was wondering if he is a manufacturer of signs and if these sunbeams are real. Any one have any thoughts, can't get to see these in person.

They deal in minty pieces AND repros...I would say this is one of their MINTY pieces. It would cost A LOT of dough to make the stampings and press jigs for a complicated embossed tin of that size...Is it done, I am sure, but I dont think this is a repro. I am no expert...but if it were...the person making it would be better off to sell it in quantity as a wholesale offering for decoration...Restaurants, or commercial uses dont care about original...need decoration and this sign fits the part.

Is it embossed,I can't tell.I am no expert either but have a couple Sunbeam signs and the word Sunbeam looks a little crowded to me.
