Thanks for all the positive posts.
It is getting very hard to find "buy outs" where sellers are motivated to sell as one lot. Especially, when there are some nice items.
Michael, I appreciate you holding onto that phone booth for me. Bob, I'm going to come and see you on one of these trips and personally apologize for all the looting. You make me sound like a pirate.
Fred, you're right...I have a problem. That's the first step...

That is a big haul Dave. Are you a seller these days or just a collector?

That's a truck load! Great Stuff!
I'm collecting all types of porcelain signs but prefer Mobil Oil.

Dave
You cleared out one of the stores I was going to visit today. I thought I recognized the Willys sign and other items.
Last time I was here the place was messy and owner said he was having a cash sale and preparing to move the business. Looks like a few stores in Snohomish have closed or are preparing to since my last visit.

Dave The neon EAT & LUNCHEONETTE signs are killer. I've noticed over the past couple years that the generic food service/lodging neons [ie COFFEE or MOTEL] have become popular decorator items. Hard to judge from the pics, but how old do each neon appear to be? Paul

The Eat sign is porcelain and I would date it in the 1940's-50's. From the wear on it used outdoors.
The Luncheonette is embossed metal that I would dates mid 1950's-60's. Judging from it condition most likely used in doors.
