I love the graphics on this oil stand and picked it up on ebay. Would like to learn more about this company and the approximate date, value, etc. of the stand. I have tried to include images that show the wording on the bottom of the sign.

probably dates to the 50s or 60s.

Its from around the 50s..and its worth around $50 or so with the rack, considering the damage on the sign..cool little piece though.

Quick FYI, when you run across a sign that has a phrase do a search for it and often you'll find a newspaper ad in the search that will have a date.

Generally speaking racks with off-brand advertising can range widely. Overall the rack looks good and the sign on it is presentable. Average value $50-80 without any cans and with the damage. Some racks will go double or triple that number if it is a sought after brand. That's where the leg work comes in to see if it was a popular offering. Someone sold a nicer one online for an offer less than $129.

Plenty of can collectors like to pick up off-brand racks to display their collections so they tend to be an easy sell in reasonable condition.
