Just curious. What's the gray body behind it belong to? 1920's 'something or another'! Auburn maybe?

21 Pierce Arrow limousine, an interesting side note, that car was originally purchased by Alma Spreckels who coined the phrase "sugar daddy" She married Adolph Spreckels, a much older very wealthy sugar magnate from the San Francisco area. She became known as the grandmother of San Francisco and is responsible for the Palace of Fine Arts and many other landmarks. She also posed for this statue known as the Dewey Monument in Union Square, she was kinda hot back in the day. Sorry for the history lesson. The car is for sale btw, chassis is finished, needs interior, paint and some assembly required. : ) [URL=https://imageshack.com/i/namcjij] [/URL

if you have any documentation on that pierce arrow, you should contact leno's people. think he would be all over something like that.
i'll put the word out to some of my customers on that roadster body. we built the first roadster pickup to come off the line at brookville about 20+ yrs ago.

Good idea but I don't think he's buying much any more. I sold the most documented original 67 442 W-30 to his friend a while back and he was overstocked from what I heard. The Pierce is well documented by the Pierce Arrow society btw, it's one of about 5 series 33 limo's covering all years of production.

i've done pretty good on there, it just takes a while & you have to weed out the idiots & lowballers. i've sold a couple project vehicles lately totaling a little over $30k lately, so people with money willing to spend it do look there.
