You might want to find a copy of "PCM's Guide to Gas Pump Restoration". It is out of print and can be spendy, but it has hundreds of pages of the different color schemes for different Oil Companies.

I see looking through Oldgas' bookstore one can still find books through Amazon.

They just put out a 2nd edition of this book and should be readily available!

There are no single codes for Texaco colors. When I first started restoring pump, I went to a DuPont paint store, it was in the early days of computers, they looked up color for me. I said no, I wanted to look at the catalogs of paint codes that they had down on the bottom of the counter. I started looking up Texaco colors. They had colors for east coast, west coast, inside the station, outside the station, etc. you wouldn't believe how many color codes thay had.

Which comes back to, there are no pump police out there (although I have heard rumors of DB having nothing to do but going out and checking on pump colors) so, what ever color you use will be correct.

Thank you.
I sure would like to connect with a Texaco collector that might be able to advise me about this 1955 era Texaco clock. Any suggestions?
Thanks
John

We just had our PPG salesman take photos of my 1958 Texaco 6ft sign. We have good luck with him. White-90662 red-8071 green-3008 all DBU base-clear, hope this helps.

Bill
