Racecop picked up this base the other day. Can anyone ID it? We think it is a clockface of some sorts.

That was my first guess when I looked at this thread earlier. So I looked at pictures of a National 30 I used to own and it is different.

Looks like a Gulf pump with the stailess top. Either an Erie or a Bennett.

I agree with wocopep. The base looks like it fits the Gulf Oil Corporation's Erie 129 series pumps as well as the Bennett 378 model with a stepped top (stainless and painted). It would not go with the smooth stainless top pumps. Chances are it fits other GOC model pumps made in the 30's and 40's as well.

I agree with Wocopep. It sure looks like Gulf blue color. Isn't that what a Southwest 30 looks like also?

Has to be a base for a G.O.C. pump.
They were made with Tokheim, National, Bennett, Erie, Bowser, Southwest guts, but it has to be G.O.C. Cabinet.

Some of the porcelain G.O.C. pumps had a base like that and a porcelain sheet metal cover that goes over the cast base.
