Can anybody tell me why my book OIL COMPANY SIGNS BY SCOTT BENJAMIN & WAYNE HENDERSON Says the the 12 inch pump plates had Dubbs Cracked as red lettering and nothing about being black like mine and all that i have seen? And in the book there was no value just $ only. Also did they make a new book mine is from 1995. Thanks Scott

Scott-- Send Scott B. an email and ask him your question. I guess I can only remember having seen them with the black lettering? He is scottpcm on this site.

So I got reply back from Scott and he said to ask if anybody has a picture of a pump plate with the red dubbs cracked on it or has a pump plate with it. I am trying to confirm that they did or did not make one in red? Thanks

I have quite a bit of reference on Grizzly. The large station signs DID have the 'DUBBS CRACKED' lettering in red - but I have not seen a 'pump plate' with any other color lettering than black.
