Just wondering if anyone knows if there is someone who is able to repair holes in Lexan sign panels? I've got a 45 year old sign with a hole in the corner big enough to put your hand into, but don't have the broken pieces that came out if it. Just wondering if there's a better solution than the colored duct tape I was planning on using?

http://www.hpmanufacturing.com/index.html I believe these people have every color and type of plastic there is. They are very helpful and no job is too small. I'm quite sure there are ways to patch and fill areas.

You can also check with your local sign companies who may have scrap plastic/lexan pieces to match. You'll need to match thickness and color and possibly material type.

Actual repair depends on the type of material composition of the panel. Polycarbonite vs Acrylic. You can join the two pieces with chemical bonding agents if the materials are different though so don't worry.

The easiest repair are flats where you can shape replacement parts.

Youtube has videos for plastic repairs.
