I just picked this one up last week. It was found in an old gas station in Southwestern Ohio. Appears NOS....never been used.
Keep on looking guys...It's still out there!

Nice find Joe. FYI This globe seems to be rapidly appreciating in value. Wish I had bought one when they were $125 and the dealers still had to pack them back home.

Bob...Not ready to sell it yet...I think Scott B. has one just like it for sale on his website if you're looking to get on fairly soon....

Rex...This globe was found about 90 minutes Southwest of where I found the Renown Green globe a few years back. On the way to pick up the Sohio...I stopped at the cafe where the Renown globe came from.....

Dwaine...Nostalgialand still sounds good to me. We just need to find some investors with deep pockets! Then we can have a Drive-In, a Diner, a Drag Strip and some neat-o gas stations pumping 100+ Octane to keep everything crusin' along! Plus girls on skates too!

I had no idea S.Joe was you.The Renown Green globe is one of my favorite partly B-cause of the story, and MIB helps alot.
The ON THE ROAD FOR PCM story about the BREEZEWOOD GARAGE was super ,I felt as if I was there,Thanks Rex
P.S. Write some more on the road adventure stories.

Rex....
Yes...it's me. The name is in memory of an old friend that I knew here locally that had a Sinclair Station in the 40's-60's, complete
with auto parts and wrecking yard. I did a few articles about him in PCM back in the mid 1990's. Anyway, the Breezewood story took sometime to complete. Hopefully I can get out again on the road and write about something from the past that won't take years to play out....Hope all is well with you & your Family....
