I would say a old Sinclair station because of the green roof.

It looks like an old Pure Oil station to me. In fact, I'd bet a cardboard quart can on it...

This is true... Maybe the roof was replaced after the giant hailstorm of 19XX? Or maybe that could be green paint, if it was a Sinclair, Texaco, etc later? Just a thought...
Man, I just thought of a new cliche/metaphor... "I felt like a globe in a hailstorm..."

Is it me or in the second pic does it look blue in some spots. The green paint could be wearing off.

I would say Pure also. Here is a similar one taken in Rushville, IN. However, note the sign pole. There are several of these in Anderson, IN. Chuck

Ummmm, did everyone forget about Conoco? They had cottage style stations as did Phillips 66. The more I think about it the more Phillips makes sense. They had green roofs back then.

Check out the awnings and front window layout though... I'm still convinced it's Pure. I guess it depends on whether the roof is blue underneath Wes

After taking a closer look I think its Pure. The window awnings are the big tip off.
Doc, You're right about the chimneys on the Phillips stations. Pretty sure they had green roofs at some point. I know they had orange roofs too.
