If anyone hasn't had a chance to watch the movie, "Cars", you should try to. We watched it the other night with our Grandkids and enjoyed it more than they did. Not only is it a good movie, but all the gas pumps in it caught our attention. Even our Grandaughter pointed out to us that the Wayne 60 was just like Grandmas!!
Enjoy!! Larry

I had too much fun with that movie too. It wont be long before we get a 'Nator of some sort around here. The keeper just loved him. In my opinion, he stole the movie.

I am glad I have young kids so I have an excuse to watch it on a monthly basis. Pretty cool! One thing I wish they had done was add a few old station signs of the mother rode... Very cool though.

I have three little ones under 6 and we get to watch Cars, 3-4 times a week I bet. My Sons have alot of the toy cars/trucks from teh movie now and Yes Mater (as in TowMater) steels the show!

I wonder where they got that idea for the cone motel???

My kids are teens and I still went out and bought it as soon as it came out on DVD. Who needs an excuse!

Wes and I saw it in the theater, and I had it pre-ordered before it came out on DVD! By far the best movie I've seen in a long time!

Doc, The postcard you posted is the Wigwam Village, when I was a student at Western KY University, (GO HILLTOPPERS!) on the weekends it was a tradition to go to Horse Cave KY and party at the Wigwam Village. that place still exists today.

Great movie the wife and I went to see it and enjoyed it as much as the kids and for car buff's don't forget to look at the mountains as they are rear quarter panels of old caddy's etc. and some of the lower rocks are old front clips of cars and trucks also the tall tower rock is an air cleaner and I still haven't found everything they put in the background definitely have to watch more than once laroy
