Hey my big monkey eating friend, theres not much to talk about Sunset. very rare, they started early enough, but was caught up in that same ol thing, small company, not enough oil, refinnrys couldn't keep up with the changes of fuels, so closed there gasoline part early, became just a oil marketer, went bankrupt durring the depression, very few cans, globes, signs, returned after the war(WW-2) under the name of GOLDEN EAGLE gas stations @1947, stayed for a few years not doing so good and a company from Canada bought them moved up there and sold gasoline under the same name golden Eagle. not to many guys have pumps done in the logo. but you can color you pumpo any way you want , Green, white, orange. theres only one SUNSET MARINE globe lens known of , its in Fresno,CA. hes been offered,25,000.00 for it, its dark green with the logo in the center and the word MARINE going through it, we have that on the list to be reproduced also , if there is a demaned for it, good luck on your search. peach cobbler. yumm.

Hey elvis, not a pump picture, but I have one of those cool Sunset posters from late 20's-early 30s. Dick Bennett has one also, I believe. If he isn't busy trying to keep safe, maybe he could post a picture of it.
