Here are the before and after pictures of Cops053's Gilbarco 96c and his description:



Spent a month redoing this pump, sandbalasted all the parts, machined new bezels for the hose nozzel and crank from 1/2" alum. Primed and given 6 coats of paint, with alot of wetsanding in between.

Nice restoration, Barry. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Thanks, was a lot of work but was enjoyable to do, just started reding a Gulf Southwest, then have a 300 to do and a lubester, keeps me out of the wifes hair.

I used John Deere green, got the paint at Tractor Supply, very easy to work with, just regular implement paint, but they sell a gloss/hardener for it.

WAY TO GO BARRY,LOOKS GOOD. KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT THE TRACTOR PAINT AND HARDNER, THOSE COLORS LOOK GREAT AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE.
