Don. What a GREAT job.. It really looks like is is ready to pump gas..

Don, Two thumbs up !! That looks great. I am planing on doing something similar but when it is done I am going to add one final process. Desert bake and fade at our Arizona property. I figure about one year for each side and it will have that nice dry/faded look. I think maybe a decal faded to look old will also add to the look. Hope your moving goes smoothly.

Don, great idea!! I like restored pumps alot, but nothing beats a good, clean original (or original looking!!)

don: if that goes with your collection, run with it. but think of this: if in 5 years you decide to sell it - double the price, arguing "it's original." gary
