Called a drain bottom, due to the look compared to the obvious plumbing fixture. Looks like a good one to me. I the back black porcelain or is it two sided? Paul www.severngaspumps.com

I have a Humble pump plate produced from Burdick Tulsa. They had either more than one manufacturing site or possibly a couple of home offices. 👍

The Humble is a later sign, and they had different plants/stamps. Yours is Tulsa, the Sinclair is Chicago
