I understand the cup mounts to the dome and has the 4 arms that comes out of the cup
The cup (alum.) Is threaded in all 4 holes for conduit
The block has 4 holes. 2 are threaded(on sides) then conduit on top and bottom
I can thread the t. Into the cup but the rest. I'm lost to as what the plan was to assemble it correctly

I am taking a wild guess here, but you don't need the block. Just thread your conduits into the bonnet. Or, just leave it like it is. And use the block as a kind of junction block to aid in wiring.

May look into removing the block
The pics I seen of orignal blocks were threaded also. Maybe originally the conduit did not actually thread into
The cup but just passed through it. To thread into the t?

Conduit that comes from below glass pass thru cup and screws into block. Light arms screw into cup

Well found out. There is 2 differant styles cups. One is steel. The conduit passes through it and a nut 9n back side
The other. Is cast alum and thicker. Uts drilled but also tapped. So the conduit threads into the cup and not the block that makes up the t cross
So all I have to d9 is remove the alum block

Light conduits do not thread into the block Only the two that come from cylinder base thread into the block also looks like you have wrong cup as the holes are too high
