I picked up a matched pair of TOK 452 pumps while back and am in process of restoring them for a client in UT.
On these pumps, the sides and top is stainless steel. Anyone have a good suggestion on how to polish
the s/s??..I can put them on a bench polisher, but would like to get any info of any other ways?/. thanks Warren

Bench polisher might be difficult because of their size. What about some polishing compound and a hand held wheel/buffer (or an attachment for your drill or grinder).?

Can do on bench grinder, just need to make sure nothing in your way that you might hit, might be in the way. Can mount to board if easier too.

I’ve had no luck with drill attachments. Too slow, low rpm. Using a buffer works but it’s slower than bench grinder.
