I ran across this double sided porcelain White Rose Flange sign. It has a flange on TWO sides, which I have never seen. I have two questions about the sign.

1) Is it indeed original or is it a reproduction?

2) How was the double flange mounted…with the two sided flange?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

1. it is original .. ... cool

2. I have found this labeled as a panel sign, was part of another sign but haven't found any examples as too the rest of the sign ..

The company in their literature actually called them Pylon signs. They were very common on the White Rose Stations right up till Shell bought them out in 1962-64.
