I sold Slo Dave a blue glass cylinder that I had for sale on here. UPS destroyed it. I have never filed a claim before. Anybody have any tips that can help me. I have heard that this can really be a pain. Any help thanks. Lee

I had a bad shipping experience a while ago. I was able to defuse any of their contention that it was not packaged adequately with photos I took during various stages of the packaging. I also had it more than adequately marked on each side of the box. I did not have to get belligerent to get my point across at that time. I am guessing there are many cameras everywhere in their facility which may only leave the driver's handling enroute. I have learned to insure these rare items for more than the sale price. Hope it all works out. Neil
